Aaron Bareither

Creative Director

Aaron Bareither is the founder and Creative Director of Accel Media, a full-service visual storytelling agency based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. With over 15 years of professional experience in videography and photography, Aaron has produced high-impact content for businesses across industries including healthcare, real estate, construction, fitness, hospitality, interior design, and e-commerce.

Aaron founded Accel Media with a simple mission: help brands and businesses thrive by telling their story in a compelling and authentic way. But early on, he realized that creating beautiful content wasn’t enough. His clients needed more than great visuals — they needed those visuals to drive real results. That realization pushed Aaron to go beyond production and learn the strategy side: how to get the right content in front of the right audience with the right message, turning creative work into measurable outcomes. It’s that combination of storytelling craft and performance-driven strategy that sets Accel Media apart.

From cinematic brand films and social media ad campaigns to product photography and event coverage, Aaron combines cutting-edge production tools — including AI-assisted workflows — with a deep understanding of what actually moves the needle for businesses. His work has served clients ranging from local businesses in North Idaho to regional brands across the Pacific Northwest.

At its core, Accel Media is more than a business — it’s a ministry. Faith is central to everything Aaron does, and he sees his work as worship unto God. That conviction shapes how he serves his clients: with integrity, generosity, and a genuine commitment to their success. Aaron has produced a number of pro bono projects for ministries and churches, because he believes in giving freely from whatever God has given you. It’s a principle rooted in scripture and woven into the fabric of how Accel Media operates.

When he’s not behind the camera, Aaron is spending time with his wife Baylee and their two kids, Iris and Jonathan, enjoying the mountains and lakes of the Coeur d’Alene area that has been home his entire life.
